She has worked in HR Generalist roles, with her last role leading HR for the Front Office Business which in 2007 accounted for 70% of the Outsourcing business.

Tanaz has facilitated various programs where the focus has been on HR processes and also some critical Leadership Interventions. She has led teams (last team size – 45) before moving on to an individual contributor role as the Ombudsperson for a Business Line.

Since April 2014, Tanaz has moved on to Learning & Development and is a part of the Coaching Initiative across Wipro Ltd. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has logged more than 100 hours of Coaching.

Aruna Jayanthi is the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini India and Chairperson of the Sweden Country Board, Capgemini Sweden. With over 48,000 employees, Capgemini India is one of the biggest business units of Capgemini group. Aruna took on the responsibility of Chairperson of the Sweden Country Board in 2014.

Prior to assuming the role of a CEO in January 2011, Aruna was the Global Delivery Officer for Capgemini Outsourcing. She joined Capgemini in early 2000 and was part of the core team that initiated and setup Capgemini's offshore capabilities. In 2002, she focused exclusively on Outsourcing and started operations in India, with Applications Management and later on expanding to Remote Infrastructure Management in 2003.
