Shyatto is part of the NDTV Group Management team that looks at developing new growth areas, leveraging on the knowledge strength and the brand NDTV. The sectors include TV production, TV broadcast, web & mobile platforms and e-commerce to name a few. He has been with the NDTV Group for 21 years and has been an integral part of the team that has helped build out various assets of the Group such as STAR News, NDTV 24x7, NDTV India and NDTV Profit.

As the Managing Director of NDTV Worldwide, he helped build the media consultancy and international business division of NDTV, Shyatto and his team assist in areas such as setting up TV channels, managing channels, broadcast training, brand strategy, setting up and management of web & mobile platforms across sectors such as media, retail, healthcare and education, for clients in India and abroad. They have worked in markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Dubai, Kuwait and across India.

Shyatto is also the Founder and Managing Director of NDTV Ethnic Retail, the company that runs one of India’s leading fashion e-commerce portals, IndianRoots. He was responsible for launching and managing NDTV’s first e-commerce venture IndianRoots, a curated marketplace for Indian ethnic apparel, designer wear, accessories and home products for its clientele globally. In 3 years the IndianRoots brand has been established with a loyal customer base from USA, Canada, UK, Australia and rest of the world.

Raghu Raman has possibly one of the most unique career profiles spanning over 25 years. He spent eleven years as an officer in the Indian Armed Forces , followed by another eleven years in the corporate sector before joining the Government as CEO of the National Intelligence Grid

Raghu started his career with the Indian Army. During his stint, he was in active combat in Punjab battling terrorists and in Siachen Glacier facing Pakistani troops. He has served as a UN peacekeeper, as well as been an instructor teaching leadership and strategy to officers at the prestigious School of Armoured Warfare.

After leaving the Indian Army, Raghu joined the Mahindra Group in 1998 and helped set up Mahindra United World College. Over the next ten years he led various companies, including First Choice, Mahindra SSG and finally DLSI, a Mahindra joint venture with British Aerospace before being handpicked to create and head the National Intelligence Grid, Ministry of Home Affairs in the Government of India. After his five year stint as the founding CEO of NATGRID, Raman joined Reliance Industries as Group President, Risk, Security & New Ventures.

Raghu is a Distinguished Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, a frequent guest faculty in business schools, keynote speaker and columnist on National Security Strategy and Leadership in leading publications. He is also the author of “Everyman’s War” - a book published by Random House.

As Director - Org Capability for PepsiCo India, responsible for working closely with Global, Sector and Region leadership teams and lead people capability, people processes & manpower planning strategy to deliver business growth.

Earlier in career while with Asian Paints, besides handling welfare and people related engagement initiatives,involved in strategic IR interventions and statutory compliance to ensure disruption free operations. Extensive exposure to various employment related statutes ranging from laws governing working conditions to employee relations.

Role at The Oberoi New Delhi included delivering on people front by ensuring employee engagement initiatives tailor made for various profiles, handling Employees employment life cycle, culture building and productive IR atmosphere.

Exposure in manufacturing setup, service industry and MNC in FMCG space has helped get an all round perspective of all domains of operational and strategic HR.
