Shyatto is part of the NDTV Group Management team that looks at developing new growth areas, leveraging on the knowledge strength and the brand NDTV. The sectors include TV production, TV broadcast, web & mobile platforms and e-commerce to name a few. He has been with the NDTV Group for 21 years and has been an integral part of the team that has helped build out various assets of the Group such as STAR News, NDTV 24x7, NDTV India and NDTV Profit.

As the Managing Director of NDTV Worldwide, he helped build the media consultancy and international business division of NDTV, Shyatto and his team assist in areas such as setting up TV channels, managing channels, broadcast training, brand strategy, setting up and management of web & mobile platforms across sectors such as media, retail, healthcare and education, for clients in India and abroad. They have worked in markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Dubai, Kuwait and across India.

Shyatto is also the Founder and Managing Director of NDTV Ethnic Retail, the company that runs one of India’s leading fashion e-commerce portals, IndianRoots. He was responsible for launching and managing NDTV’s first e-commerce venture IndianRoots, a curated marketplace for Indian ethnic apparel, designer wear, accessories and home products for its clientele globally. In 3 years the IndianRoots brand has been established with a loyal customer base from USA, Canada, UK, Australia and rest of the world.

Raghu Raman has possibly one of the most unique career profiles spanning over 25 years. He spent eleven years as an officer in the Indian Armed Forces , followed by another eleven years in the corporate sector before joining the Government as CEO of the National Intelligence Grid. 

Raghu started his career with the Indian Army. During his stint, he was in active combat in Punjab battling terrorists and in Siachen Glacier facing Pakistani troops. He has served as a UN peacekeeper, as well as been an instructor teaching leadership and strategy to officers at the prestigious School of Armoured Warfare.

After leaving the Indian Army, Raghu joined the Mahindra Group in 1998 and helped set up Mahindra United World College. Over the next ten years he led various companies, including First Choice, Mahindra SSG and finally DLSI, a Mahindra joint venture with British Aerospace before being handpicked to create and head the National Intelligence Grid, Ministry of Home Affairs in the Government of India. After his five year stint as the founding CEO of NATGRID, Raman joined Reliance Industries as Group President, Risk, Security & New Ventures.

Raghu is a Distinguished Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, a frequent guest faculty in business schools, keynote speaker and columnist on National Security Strategy and Leadership in leading publications. He is also the author of “Everyman’s War” - a book published by Random House. 

HR professional with 17 years of Corporate HR experience and 5.5 years of experience with Indian Armed forces as commissioned officer.

In HR Leadership role for almost 12 years, which includes exposure to entire gamut of HR with strong exposure to Effective Org HR strategy, talent strategy, workforce planning, org capability plans etc.

Worked with Asian Paints Ltd for around 9 years in different roles across levels. Three years with The Oberoi, New Delhi as Director – HR. Joined PepsiCo India in year 2010 as VP- HR for West Market, later moved to PepsiCo Foods business as Head of HR for All India Sales and Org Capability building . In July 2013, moved to a larger role within PepsiCo to lead Org Capability for PepsiCo India. Currently as global CHRO for MakeMyTrip.Com responsible for the HR strategy and business partnering for the company and all its overseas subsidiaries. MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad and graduate in Industrial psychology from University of Allahabad.

As Director - Org Capability for PepsiCo India, responsible for working closely with Global, Sector and Region leadership teams and lead people capability, people processes & manpower planning strategy to deliver business growth.

Earlier in career while with Asian Paints, besides handling welfare and people related engagement initiatives,involved in strategic IR interventions and statutory compliance to ensure disruption free operations. Extensive exposure to various employment related statutes ranging from laws governing working conditions to employee relations.

Role at The Oberoi New Delhi included delivering on people front by ensuring employee engagement initiatives tailor made for various profiles, handling Employees employment life cycle, culture building and productive IR atmosphere.

Exposure in manufacturing setup, service industry and MNC in FMCG space has helped get an all round perspective of all domains of operational and strategic HR.

Sharad Verma is currently Global Head - Human Resources for Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd. A graduate of the prestigious XLRI, Sharad has more than two decades of HR experience. He has previously been Senior Director, Human Resources for SunGard Global Technology, Head of Human Resources for Berkadia (subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway), Monster.com, and The Bank of New York Mellon. Tanaz has over 21 years of experience in all aspects of Talent Management and Development. She an alumnus of TISS and has handled a variety of HR assignments in different locations and businesses. She has been a part of the core team which has worked to getting Wipro Infotech certified as PCMM – Level 5. She has worked in HR Generalist roles, with her last role leading HR for the Front Office Business which in 2007 accounted for 70% of the Outsourcing business. Tanaz has facilitated various programs where the focus has been on HR processes and also some critical Leadership Interventions. She has led teams (last team size – 45) before moving on to an individual contributor role as the Ombudsperson for a Business Line. Since April 2014, Tanaz has moved on to Learning & Development and is a part of the Coaching Initiative across Wipro Ltd. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has logged more than 100 hours of Coaching. In her current role she leads a team of L&D professionals who design, curate and facilitate leadership interventions across Intact business teams for the Large Accounts of Wipro Technologies. Tanaz is married to Hormuzd and they are blessed with 2 children, Purazar & Mehernaz.

Kartik is a Head of Growth for North India with KNOLSKAPE, an award winning immersive gamification and simulations Company focusing on talent transformation. He has 10 years of experience across various industries including FMCG, IT, Retail and Rural Marketing. Kartik is an MBA graduate from S P Jain School of Global Management. Kartik has founded 2 companies in the past and right now has taken up the exciting opportunity to grow KNOLKSAPE business in India. He is passionate about discovering true human potential through new age work practices and the impact of Gen Y on the workforce.

Prior to founding KLAY Prep Schools & Day Care, Priya, an MBA from London Business School, held leadership positions at Anderson Consulting and Mphasis across Singapore, New York, London and India. Priya started KLAY (under the aegis of Founding Years Learning Solutions), with the idea of providing working women a high-quality support system for their kids' early childcare needs.

Jagjit Singh is Chief People Officer, PwC India. He has been in the People and Change management space for more than 25 years and has led a diverse range of infrastructure and change programmes across industry sectors. Most of his work in the last decade has been around Human Capital functions. In the course of his career, he has brought about organisational change and focused on integration of people strategy, employee performance and leadership development. Prior to PwC, he worked with Tata Group, Unilever, HSBC, EY, Fidelity and Deutsche Bank. An avid outdoor person, Jagjit spends a lot of time exploring offbeat travel destinations. He also has keen interest in developing solutions for the less privileged in the area of skill development.

Sanjeev is currently working as VP & Head – Human Resources, Sodexo SVC India.
His focus area has been driving change management, bringing performance driven culture, working closely with Sodexo’s HQ-Paris in the evolution and implementation of strategic HR interventions and also streamlining of existing processes and systems. Sanjeev is closely working with senior management team in transforming culture of the organisation by focusing on company’s values, thus making a culture of trust and openness, improving communication within all the levels of the organization and creating a highly engaged team. Employee engagement and reward and recognition are his thrust area.
Prior to this, he was working as Director and Head – Human Resources, ESPN Star Sports India Private Ltd.  

Before that, he was Manager – HR, Essar Steel Ltd.

He started his career with BHEL (PSU), a government of India undertaking at their Corporate Office, New Delhi.

Overall he has approx. 20 years of experience in talent management, streamlining HR processes and systems, policies, HR automation along with other interventions like new performance management systems, L&D, starting of new business revenue generation vertical from the scratch etc. Also an active member of Sodexo’s global project team.
Sanjeev holds Bachelor degree in Chemistry and MBA in Human Resources from Xavier, Ranchi in 1997 and is married and have two sons 13 & 07 years old. His spouse is also an HR professional and currently working with Schneider Electric as Director - C&B, India and Pacific, Gurgaon.

Avinash Sharma is a regional manager for Relyon Softech Ltd for Delhi NCR. An Alumnus from (prestigious/honorable/insert-word) Birla Institute of Technology, Avinash is a person who actively seeks out new challenges. Having a decade (10yrs)(use whichever seems appropriate) of experience in marketing and team management, Avinash heads the Delhi team mainly for Payroll product and also for other Tax and Accounts related products. Being a Regional manager in north India, he managed overall strategic and marketing planning, including corporate communications.
